About me
I was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. My favourite programming language is Java. And my hobby outside of programming is learning languages of the world.
I have been very fond of programming ever since I was introduced to RuneScape by my older brother back in 2008ish. A few years later Minecraft was released and it was massive, I realised the ability to mod the game, which lead to me learning Java. When I was confident with my ability in Java I listed myself as a freelancer and worked on some projects.
In 2016, I was in a course in Belfast Metropolitan College which taught me Visual Basic, and a lot of theory, while most of my previous learning was practical. Since then I've been experimenting with other programming languages trying to learn what I can.
While I was working I met and made friends with a few computer science students, one of which told me about bootcamps, and explained the process behind it. So I took his advice, and enrolled to a bootcamp to try and switch my career into the IT field.
